Access to the site and the relative services is free, although in part reserved, for reasons of efficiency, for registered professional users. This access strategy was chosen in order to provide the best level of support for people who wish to develop an open, constructive, and efficient working relationship with Moellhausen.
Professional users who wish to use the full functionalities of the site are required to register by filling in a simple form. Once the Registration form has been filled in, newly registered users will receive an e-mail containing their login details and a special link that must be clicked to confirm the registration procedure (clicking on the link activates the login data sent with the e-mail).
Persons registering to use the site undertake to provide only truthful and current information, and to communicate any changes in their data promptly (e.g. by sending mail to w.admin@moellhausen.com). Moellhausen reserves the right to reject registration forms containing unrealistic or incomplete data, thereby cancelling the registration.
Registered users are required to notify the “Data processing controller” (see Data Protection Policy – Information pursuant to the requirements of article 13 of decree D.Lgs.196/2003 which implements European Council Directive 95/46/EC concerning personal data protection, and Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the protection of personal data in electronic communications) of any changes in their registered data (i.e. the data entered in the Registration Form). This communication must be transmitted within three days from when the data change or the person will be removed from the list of registered users (deletion of the registration form).
Moellhausen reserves the right to remove from its database any users who it considers, at its sole discretion, engage in improper use of the site or use of the site that is in conflict with the activity of Moellhausen S.p.A.
All information supplied by site users in any whatsoever form will be treated as strictly confidential. The personal data of the registered user are collected and processed in compliance with the provisions of decree D.Lgs.196/2003 in accordance with the terms of the present document and the Privacy Policy (Information pursuant to the requirements of article 13 of decree D.Lgs.196/2003 which implements European Council Directive 95/46/EC concerning personal data protection, and Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the protection of personal data in electronic communications).
