Candidate and employee personal data processing policy
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 has established that the data subject - in
this case the candidate or employee - must be informed about the use of
data relating to him/her, and that the processing of personal data is
permitted only with the express consent of the data subject except as
provided by law.

Purposes of data processing
The personal data requested as mandatory is processed in MOELLHAUSEN
SpA's normal course of business for administrative and accounting
purposes:
- Fulfillment of tax or accounting obligations
- Employee management
- Management of the candidate selection process
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data
can be communicated
External companies or persons carrying out activities strictly
connected and instrumental to the management of the commercial
relationship such as:
- credit institutions
- consultants and freelance professionals, individuals and
associates for the management of payroll and for safety at work
Retention period
Personal data will be stored for a maximum duration of two years for
candidates, and five years from the end of the employment relationship
for employees.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data
Processing Controller that the processing of his/her personal data is
in progress and, in such case, the data subject has the right to:
- Obtain access to his/her personal data, request the
correction or deletion of such personal data, or limit its processing,
or oppose to its processing;
- Receive his/her personal data in a structured, commonly
used and readable form by automatic device and the right to transfer
such data to another data controller (data portability);
- Be informed of the existence of an automated
decision-making process, including profiling;
- If already issued, withdraw consent at any time without
affecting the lawfulness of any processing based on the consent given
prior to the revocation;
- Submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.
Nature of the data and consequence of failure to disclose
Without the processing and disclosure of mandatory data for the
purposes described above, it will not be possible for the data subject
to access the selection or hiring process.
